Andrews Products combines computer generated designs with years of camshaft application experience to manufacture camshafts to your specific engine application requirements. We can take your timing and lift requirements and develop drawings and programs to manufacture camshafts that meet your requirements. All camshafts are manufactured on computer controlled (CNC) turning, milling and grinding machine tools. Landis LT1 CNC camshaft grinders are utilized to precisely control all finished surface dimensions.
Critical cam dimension are checked after each operation on a computer controlled Adcole 911 cam gage with and accuracy of .000010 inches (ten millionths). Whether you need short run camshaft production, engineering prototypes, single plate masters (Berco / Van Norman, etc.) or custom performance camshafts, Andrews Products has the right technology and facilities to support your requirements.
